Shipping charges are displayed in your shopping chart at the time of your order. We ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. U.S Postal Service (USPS), FedEx.

Return and Exchange:

If you are not satisfied with your order there is no need to worry, we gladly accept returns on all eligible products. We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Any balance remaining will be refunded to the PayPal account submitted to your original order.

Touch Of Stylez is not responsible for the fees associated with the return shipped unless otherwise communicated. All eligible hair extensions can be returned. Packages need to be received by Touch Of Stylez within 7 days of customer care agent issuing a return authorization. The item must be unworn and in the original condition with all tags attached.

Please contact us first about the problem and we will try our best to solve it. If your problem cannot be solved without return, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our return system. You can then send your item back to the address on the original shipment. Return without communication will be rejected.
